Second chances don't always mean happy endings. Sometimes, second chances are a chance to end things right.

Oh, man. I read this quote today and was enlightened. It was a personal "aha moment" for me. And damnit. It's SO. TRUE. I have had my fair share of relationships fall apart and was longing for a second chance. Yes, embarrassingly so, I may or may not have been "that" girl. One in particular. When I finally got that second chance I was wishing and hoping for, things still ended, and I didn't get it. But now it makes sense. We needed that second chance to mend things and then close the chapter or in this case, book. Ahhh. Yes, Sensei. Oh, and hello, September. :)
